Zachary Armstrong, one of UNC's online Science Education Master's program instructors, has been named a 2017 PhysTEC Teacher of the Year by the Physics Teacher Education Coalition. Armstrong, who also teaches at Greeley West High School, was nominated for his excellence in high school physics teaching. He is able to share his strategies with other secondary science instructors through his role teaching in our master's program.
