You will need to complete both the Dual Enrollment Participation Agreement Form AND the appropriate registration form below for EACH course for which you are registering. Please deliver both forms for each course to the course instructor for submission to UNC. Your instructor can let you know the correct course and section number that corresponds to the course you enrolled in at your high school.

You will be billed by UNC Bursar's Office. For any questions regarding your billing please contact the Bursar's Office at 970-351-2201 or you can also access e-Bill on Ursa - please pay your bill by the end of the month in which it was received to avoid finance charges.
