The Distance Dietetics Program (DDP), which includes the BS and DPD-only options, is offered by the UNC Dietetics and Nutrition Department through UNC Extended Campus. It begins each Summer term.
Applicants for Online Programs: please be sure to check your eligibility by state of residence.
Applications are accepted year-round for the DDP program for each Summer term start. The DDP is currently accepting transcripts for evaluation for the Summer 2018 start.
The first step for all students is to complete the DDP Application form. The application process, including the transcript evaluation form, is available on the Distance Dietetic Program Application page:
All international (non-U.S. citizen) applicants should mark Yes for "Are you an international student?" at the beginning of the application process. You will also need to prepare the following for your application:
