Applying to the Nursing BSN (2nd Degree) Program

Admission to this Nursing bachelor's program requires two applications, one for UNC and an additional application to the school of nursing:

Applying to UNC: you can apply to UNC throughout the year.
- When you begin the UNC Transfer Student Application choose Nursing B.S.N. (Seeking Second Bachelors) as your program and choose Summer term as your Entry Term.
- International applicants: please visit the International Students Admission Requirements page for information about additional requirements.
- The application fee process will appear once you complete all application questions and submit the application.
- Make sure to have official transcripts sent to UNC for all previously earned college credit. UNC admissions will use your submitted transcripts to determine credit towards overall degree completion. If you have questions about transfer credit or transcript submission, meet with an Admissions Coach.
