Teaching Theatre Strategies (Colorado Fall Term Conferences)

Online Professional Renewal / Graduate Credit Tied to Colorado Theatre Conferences

Apply state and national standards to theatre curriculum created through workshops attended at state, national, and international conferences (37.5 contact hours minimum per credit hour, which includes workshops, performances, keynote speeches, seminars, business meetings, and awards ceremonies).

Note: This course can be taken for 1 or 2 credit hours. For 2 credit hours, the student must attend BOTH conferences, and complete two unit plans as described in syllabus assignments #1 and #2.

Course is letter graded.

    Current UNC graduate students can register for this course.

    Non-Degree-Seeking Students

    Non-degree-seeking graduate status refers to a student who has earned at least a bachelor's degree and who either:

    • Has applied to UNC Graduate School and not yet been admitted or;
    • Wishes to take this graduate class but not pursue a degree.

    Please note, as a non-degree seeking student, you are not eligible for federal financial aid.

    At this time, UNC can serve online education to students from every state, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. However, we are not currently accepting students to our online programs who reside in the CNMIs.     Dropping and Withdrawing

    If you wish to drop or withdraw from the course, you must do so on or before the deadline dates listed in the Course Basics box.

    • If you are registered for any other courses in the same academic term, you can drop or withdraw within your Ursa account.
