Project-Based Learning in a Blended Environment

This course provides students with the opportunity to closely examine aspects of project-based learning in a blended setting in order to reflect on and refine current teaching practices. Participants will implement a project-based lesson specific to their classroom environment.
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to...
- Articulate aspects of project-based learning
- Evaluate best practices and strategies for implementing project-based learning activities in a blended learning model
- Design and implement project-based learning activities and lessons appropriate for their grade level based on best instructional practices
- Engage in peer observation and reflect on their learning and instructional experiences
Grading will be Pass/Fail: a minimum score of 80% will be required to pass.
