Employment Verification Process
If you are enrolled in an eligible program and employed in a partner district, please verify your employment to enter the partnership program. You can sign up even if your district is added to the partnership after you were admitted to or began the program. To verify eligibility and be coded for the partnership, please:
Use your district email address to email your UNC program coordinator
- Your program coordinator name and email address are listed your program support page.
- Put “Partnership Employment Verification” in the subject line,
- Put your district name and the last four digits of your Bear number in the email body.
- Copy (cc:) the email to your BearMail address.
Once the program coordinator receives your verification, they will notify the Registrar’s Office. The Registrar will update your cohort code, allowing you to register for the correct course sections.
Important Note About Cohort Code Changes: Changes cannot be made after the drop date for a course or semester and are not retroactive.
