Nursing NEXus Courses – Online
Online UNC NEXus Courses for Non-UNC Students
The UNC School of Nursing is a member of NEXus (The Nursing Education Xchange). NEXus is collaboration between participating doctoral programs in nursing that allows Nursing doctoral students enrolled at member colleges and universities to take courses from other member institutions to further enrich their educational experiences.
This page lists the courses available for non-UNC students to take via the NEXus Xchange.
Note: if you are an admitted UNC Nursing Education PhD student, please visit the Nursing Education PhD NEXus Courses page.
Tuition
All students signing up for a NEXus course at a partner institution other than their home campus will pay the NEXus Common Price for each academic year (Fall, Spring, Summer). The price per credit includes tuition and fees (including application fee, technology fee, library access, transcript request fee, etc.) and is the same, no matter where the course is offered. Note, the NEXus Common Price does not cover the cost of books or educational materials, nor any fees for late payment to the teaching institution.
For information about paying your bill, including UNC’s BearPay monthly payment option, visit the Bursar’s Office Your Bill page.
Concurrent Enrollment Consortium Agreement
The Concurrent Enrollment Consortium Agreement allows students to coordinate enrollment information for submission and eligibility for financial aid. If you have any questions about this form, please contact the Academic Program Coordinator.
