Applying to this Teacher Leadership Program
The Teacher Leadership Graduate Certificate is offered in two-term cycles. All required courses are offered in two consecutive terms, then there are two terms without TLC coursework. Choose the enrollment that fits your needs:
- Accelerated/Standard Enrollment: Enroll for two content courses and two credits of ELPS 606 (the internship course) for two consecutive terms. Each term, you will take two courses plus a two-credit Internship that is tied to both courses for that term.
- Take Your Time Enrollment: Enroll for one content course and one credit of ELPS 606 (the internship course) each term that courses are offered. You will end up enrolling in four terms (with two terms off at some point in between) and complete the program in about 2 calendar years. Be sure to work closely with the Program Coordinator on which classes you need to take your first two terms so that you can complete during the later two terms.
- Flexible Enrollment: If you have missed the first term of classes or want to do a heavier load for certain terms and a lighter load others, simply work with the Program Coordinator about application deadlines and an enrollment plan that works for you based on the course schedule.
